About me
I am a professional with more than 15 years of experience working with people’s needs and expectations. During this time, drawing on my experience across diverse sectors, including advertising, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, SaaS technology products, non-profit organisations, and government, I have developed a strong ability to navigate complex problems, translate human behavioural insights, and align customers’ needs with business objectives to create and deliver impactful, effective, human-centred solutions. I have been designing user and customer experiences throughout my professional life!
