I am someone who has always wanted to see the world from another perspective, literally. That’s why 17 years ago I decided to leave my hometown and cross the world to live my life in Sydney.

I am a UX Designer with a background in advertising, e-commerce, marketing and customer service. I have more than 20 years of experience working with people’s desires, needs and expectations. I have been designing experiences all my professional life! 

I have worked in innovative industries where I have had to understand and align the needs of the customers with the needs and objectives of the business. 

Through my years in advertising and marketing I used my creativity and critical thinking to develop strategies and ideas for campaigns that created impact in customers and results for the businesses.  

In e-commerce, I had to reinvent the whole shopping experience for our customers. Where customer service was the most significant area to focus on and it helped us to have a better understanding of customers needs and expectations.

And as a brand representative I have been the problem solver, identifying customers’ needs and transforming them into opportunities that helped deliver on their business objectives.

All my job experiences have involved research, design thinking, contextual enquiries and stakeholder management. My greatest strength is the ability to translate human behavioural insights into engaging and positive experiences. This was the main reason that I have transitioned to a career in UX/Service Design where I could continue to combine and develop all my previous experiences and exploit my passions and strengths. 

I love design in all its different forms and its ability to connect people with their emotions and how it influences decision making.
